Geenbellon Turbine Flow Meters can measure Instantanous Flow Rate and Accumulated Flow in a closed pipe system and display these data in Volume Unit in same time. The theory of this type flow meter is that the flowing medium engages a vaned rotor causing it to rotate at an angular velocity proportional to the flow rate Within the turbine flow meter. The pickup coil senses the spinning motion of the rotor through the housing and converts it into a pulsing electrical signal. Totalling the pulsing electrical signal directly yields to the total flow, while the frequency is linearly related to the flow rate. The flow meter is featured that it is tough for an applications in severe condition with high accuracy, light weight, interface flexible, anti-abrasive, and anticorrosive. So, it is applied widely in the field of Industry, Municipal, Agriculture, Military engineering. The production introduced as below is one of all models.

The repair kits of GeenbellonTM Cement-Slurries Turbine flow meter are modified by removing half the blades from the vanes and the rotors. The modification allows larger particles to pass through the meter which reduces preeure loss and improves kits life.The kits fit any Geenbellon turbine flow meter body.

Meter Size Selection
Geenbellon Turbine Flow Meters bore size selection do not depend on size of the pipe-line the meter will be mounted in, it must be decided on the instantaneous flow rate in the pipe-line.

Note: 1.The data above is based on Water-Calibration.
        2. The best linear flow range for Non-lubricating Liquid is at upper 60% of the standard range.
        3. Consult factory for engineering assistance when the viscosities of the liquids measured greater than 5 centistokes.


Model No. Definition

Note£º¢Ù. Model No. is composed of letters plus numbers regularly. ¢Ú. There are not conflicts between the various elements of the model cannot be allowed. For example, the selection of high temperature turbine body in previous position, the following position is the choice of standard temperature pickups. As to detailed information, please refer to the related section in manual or enquires with the manufacturers. ¢Û. When you select more than 1 pickup and flow analyzer to work at the same time, in the No. 9 and No. 10 position, express method is flow analyzer model & installation mode + ... ¢Ü. In order to save costs, Geenbellon assists the user make a basic options selection on flow analyzer and flow computer under common conditions.
